After my migration to Google Apps for my domain, I was not aware that the ‘Contact Form’ on my Contact page was not forwarding emails.
This contact form has now been updated, and should work now. If I had missed your message, please resend it if required,

Frequent visitors to this website may notice a slight update in formatting and information available.

As this is being undertaken, I am not disabling the site since it may take some time to fully complete the minor redesign.
